Pawtucket Falls is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Transitional Care Unit (TCU) team. The TCU Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients transitioning from hospital to home or long-term care, ensuring a smooth and safe recovery process.
