Job description

The Technical Program Manager will perform the following activities, including (but not limited to):
Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Ability to balance a program workload and staffing according to project/program and organizational priorities and goals
Developing complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documents
Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
Experience with ERP / third party systems program management with SDLC experience.
Identifying and mitigating risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
Strong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects
Excellent leadership, people and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups
Experience in managing Integration Projects where middleware tools like Dell Boomi, Data Bridge , Muelsoft etc are involved.
Skills are required:
Building Business/technical requirements documentation
Leading/collaborating with SW engineering teams
Building Roadmaps, pipelines, project scoping etc.
Performing daily/weekly sprints
Knowledgeable of SW development process for building a product
Familiar with technical integrations, data pipelines/hubs, etc.
Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL is a plus
Flexibility working both US & IND timezone
