Project Managers at CSI collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure their visions become a reality. Each project is unique and provides opportunities to offer both technical and commercial support. All aspects of project management that occur throughout a project life-cycle are associated with this position. Key responsibilities include promotion of CSI's products and services, sales, design, cost proposals and production of both shop-fabricated and field-installed projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with customers and internal teams to define scope, requirements, and solutions
• Support design, estimating, and cost development for fabricated components
• Build and manage accurate cost proposals (materials, labor, methods, margins)
• Review drawings, specs, and industry standards to ensure build accuracy
• Coordinate closely with the shop to keep projects moving and on schedule
• Provide technical support to production and resolve fabrication challenges
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Track project progress, costs, and performance
• Compare estimated vs. actual costs to improve future quoting accuracy
• Contribute to process improvements, cost reductions, and better build methods

This is hands-on project work you’ll see what you plan get built, and you’ll be expected to make it better over time.

• Experience with estimating, quoting, or cost analysis strongly preferred
• Familiarity with drawings, specs, and fabrication methods
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, or piping systems is a plus
• Microsoft Office required (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
