Project Manager - Engineering and Life Sciences Equipment


Join a team delivering critical equipment and process systems used in the production of life saving medicines and therapies worldwide.  We are expanding our Project Management team to leave diverse, high-impact engineering projects from kickoff through final customer acceptance.

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams, oversee project execution, and serve as a primary customer contact while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.

What You'll Do

  1. Lead complex engineering projects from start to finish
  2. Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and change control
  3. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operations teams
  4. Serve as a primary customer contact throughout the project life cycle
  5. Review technical specification, P&IDs, and project requirements
  6. Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  2. 7-10 years of post-graduate professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years involving project management responsibilities 
  3. Experience managing industrial, process, or manufacturing equipment projects
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and interpreting AutoCAD P&ID drawings
  5. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  7. Ability to travel as required.
