Job description

Bennett is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to serve as the Contract Manager (CM) for a large Recruiting, Management, and Administrative Support (RMAS) contract supporting the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies. This individual will have full authority to act on behalf of the company in all contractual matters and will provide executive leadership for contract performance, customer engagement, quality, staffing, financial oversight, and strategic growth. The successful candidate will oversee multiple geographically dispersed task orders supporting human resources, recruiting and retention programs, business management, data analytics, information technology, administrative services, policy support, logistics, and related professional services. Position Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary company representative to the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), and Government leadership. * Provide executive leadership for contract execution and all assigned task orders. * Ensure successful performance across cost, schedule, quality, staffing, and customer satisfaction objectives. * Lead strategic planning, risk management, staffing strategy, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. * Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, and succession planning for contract personnel. * Monitor contract performance metrics and ensure timely submission of all required deliverables and reports. * Direct subcontractor management activities, including performance oversight, invoice approval, and compliance. * Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted contract performance. * Maintain compliance with all contract requirements, company policies, FAR/DFARS requirements, and quality standards. * Foster collaborative relationships across Government stakeholders, corporate leadership, and task order managers. Position Requirements: * Master's degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. * 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex Federal Government service contracts. * Experience managing large IDIQ contracts and multiple concurrent task orders. * Demonstrated experience serving as the primary interface with Government customers. * Experience managing geographically dispersed workforces. * Strong knowledge of Federal contract administration, quality assurance, staffing, and financial management. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: * PMP certification. * Experience supporting Army, DoD, or HR-related service contracts. * Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one. * Experience managing contracts exceeding $50M annually. The salary range for this position is $139,137 - $173,364.
