  • Lead cross-functional agile teams spanning IT, supply chain, automation/controls engineering, and operations

  • Serve as the primary liaison between distribution operations, DC leadership, automation teams, and IT delivery teams

  • Influence senior stakeholders on product strategy, prioritization, automation investments, and trade-offs across cost, service, and scalability

  • Champion a data-driven, operations-first mindset using warehouse KPIs, system telemetry, and user feedback

  • Define and track KPIs such as order throughput, pick rates, dock-to-stock time, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment SLAs

  • Analyze product and operational performance data to drive prioritization and continuous optimization

  • Evaluate technical trade-offs across speed, cost, system complexity, and automation integration

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards for security, resiliency, and operational continuity in warehouse environments

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including legacy system modernization, automation enablement, and technical debt reduction

Qualifications & Skills
  • 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise supply chain or distribution technology environments

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms, and event-driven architecture

  • Experience leading Agile or SAFe product teams

  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to link technology investments to operational outcomes

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across IT and operations leadership
