BIOFerm™ provides turnkey anaerobic digestion and gas upgrading facilities. Committed to sustainable and economical organic waste diversion, BIOFerm™’s digester technology harnesses biogas from fermenting organics—food waste, manure, biosolids, etc.—and converts it into valuable green energy, vehicle fuel, heat and organic products. • Support the commissioning process and verify that systems perform in accordance with project requirements.
  • Maintain calibration and testing records for inspections.
  • Provide training and guidance to project staff and contractors on quality expectations and procedures.
  • Prepare quality documentation for client handover, including inspection records and test reports.
  • Continuously improve QA/QC processes to enhance project efficiency and reliability.
  • Travel to fabrication shops, vendor locations, and project sites as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Competencies & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within construction, manufacturing, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards (ASME, ASTM, AWS, etc.).
  • Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in inspection techniques, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management or document control software (e.g., Autodesk Build).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
