Job description

Caring Hub Specialist

San Antonio, Texas
MondayFriday 

8am-5pm 
Must work in office 1 day per week

Be the friendly voice that makes a difference.

We're looking for a caring, organized, and professional Caring Hub Specialist to connect families and job applicants with the support they need.

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Respond to calls, texts, and emails.
  • Schedule client consultations and interviews.
  • Enter and update information accurately.
  • Follow up with clients and applicants.
  • Communicate with branch staff.
  • Support reports and daily team goals.
What You Bring
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Caring, empathetic, and professional approach.
  • Basic medical terminology is a plus.
Requirements
  • 18 years or older.
  • Read, write, and speak English.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Accurate typing and data entry.
  • Professional, positive, and dependable.
Schedule

MondayFriday | 8am-5pm

Hours may vary.

Must be able to work in the office at least 1 day per week.
