Job description

Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to join our team and help us scale our business by leading complex customer implementations, improving onboarding outcomes, and creating a best-in-class experience for customers as they launch Tilt. This position is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Implementation & Onboarding. We want you to be successful here at Tilt! Below is a description of your role and responsibilities, including the things you will be held accountable for and the virtues, behaviors and competencies that are expected for this role.
Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
  • Leading end-to-end implementations for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, serving as the primary strategic point of contact throughout configuration and onboarding
  • Driving customer onboarding timelines, project plans, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful and timely launches
  • Reviewing and aligning complex leave policies and operational workflows within the Tilt platform
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Leave Success, Product, and Engineering teams to support customer outcomes
  • Facilitating customer trainings, onboarding calls, HR readiness sessions, and launch preparation meetings
  • Supporting post-launch onboarding completion activities, including first leave plan reviews and transition readiness to Customer Success

  • You have experience and a proven track record of managing complex SaaS implementations and customer onboarding programs
  • You have experience working directly with Mid-Market and/or Enterprise HR, Benefits, or Operations stakeholders
  • You have experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
  • You are highly organized and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly
  • You are an exceptional communicator who can lead both strategic conversations and detailed operational discussions

Total Compensation
The projected annual salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 USD plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business.
