The Impact you'll have as an Implementation Analyst

We're looking for an Implementation Analyst to own and deliver a portfolio of client work items and to support Implementation Managers on larger client projects and programmes, particularly around configuring our platform, collaborating closely with internal teams and liaising externally with clients and third parties. 

The implementation function at Thredd is responsible for delivering solutions to our customers from requirements definition, through build and integration, testing, go live and then handing over to support functions.

What you'll be doing as an Implementation Analyst

  • Managing and delivering a range of client work items, such as change requests and projects
  • Supporting Implementation Managers in the delivery of larger projects
  • Ensuring all documentation produced is of a high quality, is clear, concise and understood by internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing client expectations around the delivery of work items throughout all stages of delivery
  • Capturing detailed client requirements and ensuring they are documented, reviewed and approved
  • Configuring our platform in both test and production environments

What you'll bring to the Implementation Analyst position

  • Technical background - This can be via a technical degree or experience in a technical or client-facing position
  • Understanding and experience with APIs such as REST and SOAP
  • Strong communication skills across different levels and with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
  • Exposure to project management would be desirable
