We are looking for a Director of Product tohelp us move to our next phase of growth. This role will report to the CEO. They must be a strong servant leader who will build consensus and partneracross all functional verticals to translate and prioritize customer needs intoproduct offerings for the real estate market.

Description / Job Function
This is a full-time, fully remote position.
You will own current product features and the planning/development process fornew product features or offerings. Thesewill be developed with input from customers, sales, finance, leadership teamand the technology development team.
Specifically, you will:
  • Use servant leadership skills to build consensus and buy-in from the legacy team
  • Gather customer input regarding our platform directly from customers
  • Gather input from Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Customer Success teams on current features and new feature requests
  • Work with our technical team to understand feasibility of feature changes
  • Work with our CEO and leadership team to prioritize a list of potential features based on ROI and technical difficulty
  • Own feature development timelines, keeping stakeholders up to date on the enhancements and coordinating roll outs between groups (IT/Marketing/Sales/Customer Success)

Requirements
NecessaryExperience:
  • 7 or more years leading product management in a high growth SaaS or similar business
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a product management function
  • BS/BA in related function

Necessary Leadership Competencies:
  • Internally motivated to act as a servant leader
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to initiate and drivenew business opportunities
  • Ability to act as an informal leader with peers and other stakeholders
  • Adept at listening to needs and input from the legacy team and negotiating and teaching to gain alignment with the team. This person excels at negotiating to get to a short list and then communicating/using influence and teaching the team, so they understand why some things made it onto the list and other things did not
  • Ability to think strategically, specifically about future impacts of proposed or pending changes
  • Ability to effectively communicate new and complex ideas to all levels within the company
  • Ability to self-manage, holding themselves accountable and managing perceptions with their stakeholders
  • Ability to motivate others to do their best work
