The Senior Client Partner Utilities NA is a strategic leader responsible for managing key client relationships across the North American utilities landscape. This role focuses on driving business growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and aligning enterprise capabilities with client transformation goals in areas such as grid modernization, digital customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients (CXOs and his repartees), acting as a point of contact, and addressing their needs.
Business Development:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts, as well as prospecting for new clients.
Account Planning:
Developing and executing account plans that outline strategies for growth, risk mitigation, and client engagement.
Solution Delivery:
Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of services and solutions, meeting client expectations.
Client Satisfaction:
Monitoring client outcomes, addressing concerns, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Work with a friendly, welcoming and self-motivated attitude to provide the best possible customer experience and centricity
Thought Leadership, Automation and Innovation:
Providing insights and thought leadership to clients on industry trends and best practices.
Collaboration:

โ€ข Drive consultative selling across digital, cloud, and infrastructure services.

Delivery Oversight
โ€ข Ensure successful delivery of services across application, infrastructure, and transformation programs.
โ€ข Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction metrics.

Strategic Leadership
โ€ข Develop and ex ecute account plans aligned with North American utility trends and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
โ€ข 16+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including 7+ years in senior consulting or account leadership.
โ€ข Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar utility accounts in North America.
โ€ข Deep understanding of utility operations, regulatory environments (e.g., FERC, NERC), and digital transformation.
โ€ข Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Other Skills
โ€ข Deep understanding of Customer Information System (CIS), Work and Asset Management, AMI, DERMS, OMS, and utility analytics platforms.
