  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Lead renewal processes, working closely with clients to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to secure existing business and identify opportunities to expand services.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business.

Experience managing client in employee benefits or a related field. Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas simply and clearly. A proactive approach to solving problems and delivering results. The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. A commitment to ethical practices and doing business the right way.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
