Join our team as a Senior Human Resources Manager and play a key role in shaping the employee experience. In this leadership position, you will serve as a trusted partner to managers, employees, and prospective team members, supporting all aspects of the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, retention, employee development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Working closely with the HR Director, you will help drive strategic HR initiatives and ensure the effective coordination of department operations.

How you will make an impact

  • Facilitate and attend meetings and conference calls in HR Director's absence.

  • Coordinate statistical reporting - liaison with HRIS department

  • Compile monthly Executive Summary and Quarterly Report.

  • Assist HR Director with budget planning.

  • Coordinate Communications Team to maintain effective communication with employees through the monthly newsletter, bulletin boards, and Employee TV Channel.

  • Provide an advocacy/consulting role for employees experiencing problems/issues that impact their jobs.

  • Assist in responding to employee relation issues in partnership with the appropriate line manager/supervisor.

  • Facilitate the recruiting and selection process. Work with management to ensure the selection of the best candidates for all positions.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the new employee hiring process.

  • Deliver the New Employee Orientation - update and maintain any relevant materials.

  • Assist in the formation and interpretation of policies and programs.

  • Develop, facilitate and deliver management training and other employee workshops and classes.

  • Track and ensure EEOC, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA compliance.

  • Administer and monitor benefits plans to include health, EAP, tuition reimbursement, and retirement programs. Facilitate employee communications to enhance the understanding and appreciation of the benefits programs.

  • Coordinate and develop employee event planning and employee development programs.

  • Monitor employee appraisal process.

  • Generate management information reports from HRIS at the request of the client.

  • Other duties may be assigned and can vary depending on the business needs of each community.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources experience

  • PHR or SPHR preferred.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
