Be the Face of Square: Drive Sales & Build Brand Buzz at Best Buy!
Bring your energy and sales savvy to a role that blends customer engagement, team training, merchandising, and brand advocacy. As a Square Brand Advocate in Dallas TX, you'll create excitement around Square products while empowering both shoppers and store associates with the knowledge they need to buy with confidence.What Makes You a Great Fit:

Schedule and Perks:
  • 15 hours per week; Flexible 5 hour shifts Mondays - Thursdays
  • Pay Range: $22.00-$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
  • Paid Training to prepare you for success!
  • Paid Time Off
  • W2 Employment with direct deposit and bi-weekly pay
  • Mileage reimbursement
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance in assigned Best Buy locations through relationship-building, training, and in-store execution
  • Deliver impactful product training that increases associate confidence, engagement, and recommendation rates
  • Identify opportunities to increase sell-through based on store dynamics, staffing, and customer traffic patterns
  • Submit timely and accurate required reports
  • Demonstrate organization, reliability and accountability with schedules and reporting
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining regular communication with program leadership
The Talent and Skills We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in retail sales, with background in consumer electronics
  • Ability to train and influence store associates to drive sales outcomes
  • Strong background in relationship-building within retail environments
  • Understanding of national retail (Best Buy)
  • Comfortable selling directly to consumers in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Travel to different Best Buy locations by vehicle or public transportation. Mileage will be reimbursed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and engage with customers in retail environments for extended periods.
  • Access to smartphone, laptop and Wi-Fi. $25 monthly stipend provided.
  • Lift up to 25-50 pounds, as needed for merchandising and display setups.
