You'll be working in the Client Discovery, Planning and Wealth Way team. We provide engineering services to WMA business divisions of the Global Investment Bank. Together as a team, we provide solutions to unique business/market requirements per established Corporate IT Standards. As a database specialist, you'll play an important role in developing functionalities and client-facing applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop large-scale applications
- Collaborate to refine user requirements through test-driven development (TDD)
- Working on creating end-to-end pipeline to load data by reading from multiple sources and load to landing layer or SQL tables
- Analyze root causes of incidents and provide the solution
- SQL Programming and DB administration
- Working on performance running in MSSQL Azure SQL
Mandatory Skills Description:
- 5+ years of experience in SQL programming
- Strong experience in performance tuning and DBA activities
- Excellent understanding of relation transactional databases like MSSQL, Azure SQL and cloud-based frameworks like MS Azure
- Experience with Cloud platforms ools (Azure is preferable)
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- Experience in TSQL (MSSQL/SYBASE) code development, performance tuning, query optimization and extensive batch or ETL creation experience with better error handling.
