Weโ€™re hiring full-time YouTube Junior Creatives to join the Spy Ninjas teamโ€”starting with an immersive, hands-on, 3-month onboarding and training period designed to set you up for long-term success.

From day one, youโ€™ll be part of the crew capturing, shaping, and sharing the unbelievable things that happen to us every day. Youโ€™ll learn the Spy Ninjas production style inside and outโ€”developing the skills to concept, write, produce, film, and edit the Spy Ninjas way.

This isnโ€™t a temporary programโ€”itโ€™s the start of your full-time creative career with us.


What Youโ€™ll Master in Your First 3 Months


Youโ€™ll rotate through everything that brings the Spy Ninjas universe to life:

  • Story Development & Writing โ€“ Script engaging narratives, challenges, and character arcs.
  • Production Skills โ€“ Camera operation, lighting, sound, and set design.
  • Directing & Talent Management โ€“ Collaborate with actors, creators, and on-camera talent.
  • Props, Wardrobe & Art Direction โ€“ Craft the visual world of the Spy Ninjas.
  • Editing & Post-Production โ€“ Build tension, humor, and energy in every cut.
  • YouTube Strategy โ€“ Learn thumbnails, audience engagement, and optimization.
