Job description


Core Responsibilities
  • Own the product - Lead the development and lifecycle management of MRD products, translating market and clinical needs into clear product requirements and development priorities.
  • Drive commercialization activities for the product in the US market, including launch planning, positioning, messaging, and development of sales enablement materials. Lead execution of go-to-market plans to support adoption.
  • Coordinate closely with R&D, clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial teams to ensure timely product development and successful market introduction.
  • Track product performance, gather customer and field feedback, and drive continuous optimization to strengthen clinical value and commercial success.
  • Monitor clinical trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to refine product positioning and identify opportunities for product improvements or new features.
  • Support development and execution of the product roadmap for MRD, translating strategy into clear product requirements, feature prioritization, and deliverables.

  • Participate in sales meetings, seminars, industry conferences, and tradeshows.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PhD, MD, or other advanced degree in biochemistry, genetics, molecular genetics or molecular biology preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management or strategic marketing experience in oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, genomics, or precision medicine.
  • Experience with NGS-based testing, liquid biopsy, comprehensive genomic profiling, or related technologies, experience in MRD strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting product launches or commercialization initiatives in the life sciences or diagnostics space.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and coordinate activities across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear product requirements and customer-facing messaging.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Up to 40% travel anticipated.
