Job Summary

The TalentAcquisition Intern supports the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing,
screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. This role
provideshands-on experience in recruitment operations, candidate engagement,and
employer branding while developing foundational HR skills.

This is a seasonal summer internship designed for students or individuals looking to gain

practical, real-world experience within Talent Acquisition and recruiting operations.

Daily / Weekly Activities & Key Responsibilities

  • Review applications & screen candidates

  • Schedule interviews with candidates & managers

  • Update ATS and track candidate progress

  • Respond to candidate emails & inquiries

  • Post job openings through digital recruiting and social media

  • Source passive candidates through focused networking

  • Assist with interviews & hiring events
