To thrive as a Spring Intern, you typically need a solid academic background relevant to the industry, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. Strong communication, teamwork, and initiative are important soft skills that help interns stand out. These skills and qualities enable interns to quickly adapt, contribute to projects, and make a positive impression during their limited internship period.
