Job description

STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors. STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.
STRUCTURAL is currently recruiting for Rope Access Technicians to join our team performing work in New York City, NY.
Construction duties include:
  • Re-pointing
  • Caulking
  • Stone patching using color/texture matched mortars
  • Brick demolition
  • Brick installation
  • Waterproofing

Our ideal candidate must:
  • Poses and maintains a valid SPRAT level 3 or IRATA level 3 card
  • Must understand basic principles of construction and common construction tools
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform basic labor tasks with minimal supervision
  • Willing to learn and grow as a team
  • Willing to take direction and feedback in a high paced environment
  • Employees must provide their own reliable transportation to travel to and from job site. Willing to occasionally travel to out of town projects.
  • OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST card are a plus
  • Follows and promotes Safety 24/7 culture and exhibits a Safety 24/7 attitude in all situations. Extremely safety conscious. Sets an example for others by demonstrating that safety is a core value. Wears all safety equipment. Assists project teams in ensuring job site is maintained in a safe manner.

Earn between $50 - $65 per hour (based on experience) in addition to full benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and vacation!
