Job description

STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors. STRUCTURAL Building Envelope team has opportunities for a Traveling Rope Access Level 3 Supervisor to lead specialized crews performing structural repairs and restoration projects across the United States.
If you're a certified SPRAT Level 3 or IRATA Level 3 professional who thrives in challenging environments, enjoys traveling, and takes pride in mentoring crews while delivering high-quality work safely, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
• Leading and supervising rope access technicians on complex restoration and repair projects
• Planning daily work activities and coordinating field operations with Project Managers and Superintendents
• Performing and overseeing facade restoration, waterproofing, concrete repair, structural strengthening, and building envelope work
• Conducting pre-task planning, safety meetings, and site-specific training
• Mentoring and developing rope access technicians and future field leaders
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Traveling extensively to support projects throughout the U.S.
What We're Looking For
🔹 Current SPRAT Level 3 or IRATA Level 3 certification
🔹 5+ years of construction or industrial rope access experience
🔹 Proven experience leading field crews and coordinating project execution
🔹 Background in concrete repair, facade restoration, waterproofing, structural strengthening, coatings, or related specialty contracting work
🔹 Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
🔹 OSHA 30 certification required
🔹 Willingness to travel extensively and work at heights in a variety of environments
