Job description

You will be the NDI Technician, F-35- Level 4 for the team which is responsible for ensuring the airworthiness and quality of F35 aircraft structural assemblies. This position is located at Ebbing Field ANG, Ft. Smith Arkansas.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the NDI Technician, F-35- Level 4 you will be responsible for conducting precise nondestructive inspections and qualityassurance activities that keep the fleet missionready.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform nondestructive and dimensional inspections of F35 structural assemblies, forgings, and sonic configurations.
- Conduct scheduled Process Compliance Surveillance inspections, write/review CAPA reports, and perform rootcause analysis.
- Execute incident and mishap investigation audits, preparing quality documentation, trend analyses, and corrective action plans.
- Support local F35 FMS training and, when required, global NDI requirements-including shortnotice travel and temporaryduty assignments.
- Operate computerized workstations, interpret engineering drawings, and maintain NAS410 LevelII certification in Eddy Current and Ultrasonic disciplines.

Who You Are:
You are a detailoriented, collaborative professional with a strong technical foundation in nondestructive inspection methods. You hold a current NAS410 LevelII certification, can interpret complex engineering drawings, and thrive in a fastpaced, missioncritical environment. Your ability to work independently under general direction, coupled with excellent communication skills for interorganizational interaction, makes you an essential contributor to both local and global F35 sustainment efforts.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -This position is located at a facility that requiresspecial access. The selected candidate must possess an interim clearance to start and have the ability to obtain a Final Secret Clearance. This position may include certain required health screenings and immunizations.
