Job description

Provides accurate, timely, professional-level spotlight operations for various shows, special events, and in other performance areas throughout the company, in the community, and during promotional tours.

Essential Functions:

  • Operates assigned spotlight in the manner instructed and/or required to maintain the quality of the production being supported.
  • Prepares spotlight booth for operation by opening curtain, turning on spotlight and checking focus.
  • Checks the gels and fastening clips, and checks and clean the lenses. Replaces any burned out lamps and faded gels.
  • Checks headsets and intercom systems to ensure they are working properly.
