Hospitality Spotlight is working with a luxury client in Southern California and we are looking for a hotel Regional Finance Director.
The Work:
  • Manage finance department operations: Payroll, AR, AP, Collections, General Ledger+
  • Guide, train and lead finance team
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial policies and procedures
  • Plus additional duties as required

What you've already done (requirements):
  • Minimum of 6+ years as a Regional Finance Director with multiple properties and outlets required
  • B.A. Degree required, CPA preferred
  • Previous success with full-service branded and luxury hotels
  • Team player and analytical with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellence in business ethics and integrity
