Hospitality Spotlight is working with a luxury client in Southern California and we are looking for a hotel Regional Finance Director.
The Work:
- Manage finance department operations: Payroll, AR, AP, Collections, General Ledger+
- Guide, train and lead finance team
- Budget management and reporting
- Knowledge and understanding of financial policies and procedures
- Plus additional duties as required
What you've already done (requirements):
- Minimum of 6+ years as a Regional Finance Director with multiple properties and outlets required
- B.A. Degree required, CPA preferred
- Previous success with full-service branded and luxury hotels
- Team player and analytical with the ability to multi-task
- Excellence in business ethics and integrity
