Job description


Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Director of Revenue Manager for a client in Southeast Florida.
The Work:
  • Reservations, Distribution and Revenue Management
  • Identify new revenue opportunities
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Optimize and expand distribution partnerships
  • Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Travel 30%
  • Additional duties as required

What you've already done (requirements):
  • 5+ years of experience implementing revenue management operations, procedures and best practices with an independent highend hotel as a Director of Revenue
  • Experience managing a Mid-Atlantic territory
  • Luxury hotel experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A track record of successful leadership
  • Developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
  • Knowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems

Compensation:
  • Yearly salary base range of $110k - $125k
