About the job you're considering
We are seeking a skilled Reports Developer (Spotfire) to design, develop, and maintain data visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Tibco Spotfire, SQL, and AWS Redshift, with a focus on building scalable reporting solutions and ensuring data quality and integrity.
This role requires close collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights and support business needs.
Your role
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tibco Spotfire
  • Optimize and enhance existing reporting solutions for performance and usability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and testing
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline and reporting issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for reporting processes and architecture
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in data engineering, visualization, and AWS technologies
  • Support CI/CD processes for deployment and version control of reporting solutions

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data engineering or reporting, with a focus on AWS Redshift
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Hands-on experience with Tibco Spotfire (data visualization & dashboard development)
  • Familiarity with AWS services, including Redshift and QuickSight
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills
  • Tibco Spotfire certification
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and advanced SQL
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices
  • Exposure to cloud-based data architectures and scalable reporting frameworks

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $65,000 to $169,000.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
