  • Candidate will be responsible for regularly evaluating current Spotfire environments to ensure optimal performance and will recommend changes when needed.
  • Candidate will evaluate available Spotfire upgrades for potential future deployments.
    Candidate will lead upgrade efforts
  • Candidate will be responsible for implementing custom Spotfire solutions when needed for software upgrade.
  • Candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation is in place for all changes or upgrades to the system including IQ/OQ and broad testing with user base before changes are implemented.
  • Candidate will work with development and business teams on a daily basis and must be a team player.
  • Provide hands on support and training with end users.

Qualifications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Must have experience understanding and implementing full Spotfire version 7.x architecture.
  • Must have experience creating Spotfire version 7.x templates, presentations/dashboards.
  • Must have experience in spotfire upgrades
  • Must have experience with server side Spotfire version 7.x or greater administration including webplayer, automation and statistical server node management and package deployments. Able to handle folder management and folder permission security at an enterprise level
  • Must have experience fielding Spotfire version 7.x tier II and tier III help desk tickets
    Understanding of development tools that interact with Spotfire and other analytic tools (R scripts and Iron Python)
  • Ability to work with vendor to resolve application specific issues
  • Ability to interface with users and diagnose/resolve visualization issues
  • Nice to have: R, JavaScript
