We have 20,000+ athletes across 160 sports (including over 50% of the NFL and NBA) and support clients like Walmart, Sperry, FanDuel, and ESPN. We are hiring for an in-person once or twice a week - rest of time remote - intern based in NYC for a 4-6 month internship. The sports sales or account management internship will give you an in-depth view of being involved in a sports technology startup including both Sales - cold calling, researching leads, writing the perfect email, doing account management, helping deals to close, managing customer needs on the phone and via email. Marketing/Design - writing blogs, posting on social media, creating decks and designing other marketing material. Account Management - sourcing the best influencer and athlete fits for each campaign, helping with content management, campaign brief creation, etc.
You will work closely with the entire team at OpenSponsorship including the CEO to assist the the company hitting goals. You will interact with brands, athletes and agents.
