Position Overview
The Dallas PULSE are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and competitive individuals to join our Inside Sales program. This 9 month entry-level sales role is designed for candidates looking to begin a career in professional sports sales and business operations. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating revenue through ticket sales initiatives, including season memberships, group outings, premium seating, and fan experience packages. This position provides hands-on training, mentorship, and career development within a fast-paced professional sports environment.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Generate new business revenue through outbound calls, emails, text campaigns, networking, and face-to-face appointments
  • Sell season tickets, group packages, premium hospitality, and single-match ticket plans
  • Prospect and cultivate new leads through referrals, community outreach, and database marketing
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and activity metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service to fans, corporate partners, and community organizations
  • Assist with match-day operations, fan engagement initiatives, and special events
  • Participate in sales training sessions, role-playing exercises, and ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate with ticket operations, marketing, and partnerships departments to support organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound sales calls
  • Positive attitude with a passion for sports and entertainment
  • Previous sales, customer service, internship, or athletics experience is a plus
