Job description

Lead the go to market ad sales strategy for TNF, NASCAR, and other premium Live Sports at Amazon. This role will report to the Head of Sports Sales Strategy and contribute in developing sales monetization strategies and annual go-to-market execution for U.S. based advertising solutions within our premium sports properties

He/she will collaborate with the multiple external and internal stakeholders to deliver revenue growth across Amazon leveraging Amazon's sports rights and partnerships.
Key job responsibilities
Maintain firm grasp of the sports landscape inclusive of marketplace dynamics, fan consumption, media/sponsorship investment trends, league/team/athlete dynamics, content rights, and competitive trends to identify and assess opportunities
Develop the vision and end-to-end strategy for your sports' positioning, pricing, packaging, and execution across all revenue generating channels
Partner with Business Intelligence and Pricing & Planning teams to develop quantitative analysis of supply/demand trends, including opportunity sizing of both traditional video channels and emerging/new sources (e.g., social, audio, content, etc.)
Develop and execute annual go-to-market ("GTM") strategies maximizing Amazon's rights by leveraging all demand channels and marketplaces (Upfront, Scatter, Programmatic)
Partner with cross-functional leads across the Amazon Ads organization on sales enablement and demand generation to achieve revenue and adoption targets, including tactical week-to-week guidance and hands-on support
Monitor sales pacing (to budget revenue and/or other goals) and Voice of Customer (VOC) to recommend adjustments to GTM strategies or tactical execution as appropriate
Partner with Ads Marketing and Measurement teams to develop customer-facing positioning and sales materials to increase demand
Collaborate with the League(s), internal teams, and third-party partners on developing partnership opportunities and innovation
Drive growth of Amazon's broader video advertising offerings, supporting Amazon Ads org goals on revenue, product adoption, advertiser maturity advancement, etc.
Assist in global, national, and regional sales enablement as needed
