Sports Performance Specialist Full-Time Position Cary Performance Center

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and deliver individualized and group strength and conditioning programs
  • Assist with delegated patient treatment and recovery procedures under the supervision of Sports Physical Therapists
  • Prepare patients for treatment sessions and support their performance and recovery goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in orthopaedic rehab, sports performance, or athletic training in a sports medicine or performance training facility
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to effectively present to large groups and motivate athletes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Personable, professional attitude and computer literacy required
  • Must be able to work cooperatively and build positive relationships with teammates, management, and clients
  • Athletic performance certifications from NASM, NSCA, or ACSM (e.g., PES, CES, CSCS, EP-C)
