Assistant Manager Opening at Sport Clips Jackson! Sport Clips of Jackson is hiring an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. Owned and operated by Jesse Keyser - a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator - this is a great place to advance your leadership career in a fun, sports-themed environment.

Your Main Duties
  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team oversight
  • Mentor and develop stylists through coaching and training
  • Focus on exceptional client service and retail sales performance
  • Help with recruiting and building a strong team
  • Ensure the store stays clean, organized, and brand-ready
  • Contribute to growing our client base in the Jackson area

Requirements
  • Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
  • Active Michigan Cosmetology license required
  • Positive, outgoing personality with good communication skills
  • Driven by goals and team success
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
