The Crown Is Yours

As a Growth Marketing Associate, Targeted Partnerships, you'll help drive customer acquisition and engagement through high-impact marketing partnerships. You'll work at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, and partner strategy, bringing campaigns to life across key moments in the sports and entertainment calendar. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you'll test new opportunities, uncover insights, and help scale initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of marketing channels while helping shape how we connect with customers through strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do
  • Launch, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns with strategic partners to drive performance against key business goals.

  • Collaborate with the Creative, Brand, and Growth Marketing Teams to develop compelling marketing experiences that engage new and existing customers.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives.

  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and share actionable recommendations with stakeholders, partnering closely with the Marketing Analytics Team.

  • Manage day-to-day communication with external partners to support seamless campaign execution and delivery.

  • Test new partnership opportunities, channels, and campaign strategies to improve performance and uncover incremental growth opportunities.

  • Use emerging technologies and artificial intelligence-powered tools to streamline workflows, improve campaign effectiveness, and generate data-driven insights.

What You'll Bring
  • At least 6 months of professional experience; experience in marketing, sports marketing, communications, analytics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 58,400.00 USD - 73,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
