To thrive as a Sports Hub Manager, you need strong organizational management, knowledge of sports programming, and experience in facility operations, often supported by a degree in sports management or a related field. A Sports Hub is a centralized facility or platform designed to bring together various sports activities, services, and resources in one location. It can refer to a physical complex that houses multiple sports venues, training centers, and recreational amenities, or a digital platform that aggregates sports news, live scores, event schedules, and community forums. Sports Hubs aim to provide easy access to sports opportunities and information, making it convenient for athletes, fans, and the general public to engage with their favorite sports. They often promote community engagement, healthy lifestyles, and talent development.

Job description

Yoga Instructor OpportunityMorning Classes in a Brand-New Sports Facility

Elite Sports NW - Woodland, WA

Elite Sports NW is opening a brand-new, high-energy sports training facility in Woodland, Washington, and we're looking for a passionate yoga instructor to partner with us through a shared lease arrangement.

This is an exciting opportunity to build or grow your own yoga offering inside a facility designed for movement, performance, and recovery, serving a young, athletic, and highly active community.

About the Space

Elite Sports NW is a modern sports and performance center focused on:

  • Youth and high school athletes

  • Active adults and weekend warriors

  • Strength, speed, recovery, and overall athletic longevity

The facility is new, clean, and intentionally designed - a great environment for yoga classes that support mobility, recovery, breath work, and strength.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an instructor who:

  • Is confident leading early morning classes

  • Enjoys working with active, motivated clients

  • Values consistency, professionalism, and community

  • Wants to build their own following within a growing sports ecosystem

This role is ideal for someone who loves mornings and wants to anchor their schedule early, leaving the rest of the day open.

Schedule
  • 3 mornings per week

  • 6:00-8:00 AM

  • Days can be discussed and aligned for consistency

Class Style (Flexible)

We're open to a range of yoga styles, including:

  • Vinyasa

  • Power or athletic yoga

  • Mobility-focused or recovery-based flows

  • Yoga designed to complement strength and sports training

The goal is to serve an athletic population while remaining welcoming and accessible.

Compensation Structure
  • Shared lease / revenue opportunity

  • Instructor maintains autonomy over:

    • Class structure

    • Pricing

    • Brand and client relationships

  • Built-in exposure to an existing and growing member base

This is a partnership-style opportunity, not a traditional hourly instructor role.

Why This Is a Great Fit
  • Brand-new facility and equipment

  • Consistent early-morning audience

  • Opportunity to grow alongside a new sports hub

  • Supportive, performance-minded environment

  • Strong crossover between yoga, recovery, and athletic training

Interested?

If you're excited about teaching morning yoga in a modern sports facility and being part of something from the ground up, we'd love to connect.

Please send a brief intro, your teaching background, and any relevant certifications or social links.
