Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sports Book including but not limited to 
establishing limits for betting propositions in various sporting events, ensuring 
adherence to gaming regulations and company policies, and promoting positive public 
relations with customers. 

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Sports Book
  • Ensure all company and property policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws and regulations are consistently adhered to.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of transactions to ensure the integrity of operations.
  • Responsible for personnel related matters relative to scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training; provide input into hiring and discharging.
  • Explain and interpret rules and payoffs for customers.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Maintain communication with the Company’s Race & Sports Hub and remain updated on all guidelines established by the Hub.
  • Other related duties as assigned by management. 
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • One (1) year of recent experience in the same or similar position preferred.
  • Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in applicable gaming regulations.
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
