This is a hands-on sales leadership role for a commercially driven professional who thrives in complex, consultative selling environments and enjoys collaborating across technical, operational, and business teams to deliver customer success.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Account Growth & Business Development

  • Lead strategic sales efforts for assigned Global Connected Solutions accounts and major opportunities.

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies that expand NEP’s role from project-based vendor to trusted strategic partner.

  • Identify and convert new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and target prospects.

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across production, operations, engineering, technology, procurement, finance, and executive leadership.

  • Drive growth across Connected Solutions offerings, including centralized production, managed services, NOC/MCR services, connectivity, transmission, cloud and hybrid workflows, global hub access, and custom enterprise solutions.

  • Generate and qualify new opportunities while advancing them through the sales cycle to close.

Commercial Leadership

  • Serve as the commercial lead during pre-sale activities for assigned accounts and opportunities.

  • Translate client requirements into commercially viable, scalable solutions.

  • Ensure smooth transition of customer knowledge and expectations to Client Services following contract execution.

  • Remain engaged post-sale to support renewals, executive relationships, expansion opportunities, and commercial escalations.

  • Partner with regional sales teams, business leaders, and specialized service groups to assemble integrated solutions.

  • Simplify internal complexity and help customers experience NEP as one connected global partner.

Pipeline Management & Sales Excellence

  • Own pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and Salesforce discipline for assigned accounts.

  • Develop account plans, opportunity strategies, and pursuit plans for key opportunities.

  • Maintain visibility into opportunity status, risks, timelines, decision-makers, and revenue projections.

  • Participate in pipeline reviews and provide accurate forecast updates.

Deal Strategy, Renewals & Commercial Execution

  • Support major growth opportunities, renewals, and multi-year agreements.

  • Partner with Business Affairs and Commercial Finance on pricing, deal structure, contract strategy, and margin analysis.

  • Participate in negotiations with sophisticated global customers while maintaining commercial discipline.

  • Structure opportunities to ensure successful delivery by operations and technical teams.

Market Positioning & Sales Enablement

  • Contribute to solution packaging, value propositions, account plans, and client presentations.

  • Provide market feedback regarding customer needs, industry trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities.

  • Represent NEP at client meetings, facility tours, conferences, industry events, and executive engagements.

What You'll Need:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, strategic accounts, partnerships, or commercial leadership.

  • Experience selling or supporting complex enterprise solutions within media, technology, sports, entertainment, streaming, production, managed services, or related industries.

  • Proven success growing strategic accounts and developing expansion opportunities.

  • Experience supporting multi-year agreements, renewals, and complex commercial negotiations.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, account planning, forecasting, and CRM management.

  • Ability to travel approximately 25% for client meetings, industry events, and internal collaboration.

  • Located in or willing to work from South Florida, New York, or Los Angeles.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships within streamers, sports leagues, broadcasters, media companies, or technology platforms.

  • Experience selling managed services, enterprise production workflows, cloud-based media solutions, or global service offerings.
