Growth Opportunity Are you a hands-on, take-charge, engaging professional in corporate sports and entertainment sponsorships? We've got a great opportunity for you! Our new Sports and Entertainment Sponsorship Specialist will line up sponsorship opportunities with sports teams, entertainment venues, etc., in multiple cities for our healthcare-related companies. The main objective is creating multi-faceted sponsorships for business development, partner engagement, client delight, recruiting, employee incentives, and brand building.

This key position will manage the entire sponsorship program, including inception, activation, and ticket management in multiple cities and states.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Identify and secure high-value professional sports and entertainment sponsorships in multiple states and cities.

Negotiate optimal terms for the company in media, tickets, activation opportunities for business development, partner engagement, and employee retention/incentives.

Manage all ticket packages to ensure 100% utilization for the highest priority business purpose.

Partner with other key stakeholders to develop an online ticket-management platform to ensure the use of all tickets with zero waste.

Quarterback the process cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Recruiting, Event Management, and Human Resources.

Develop high-impact activations behind sponsorships to bring them to life and engage with strategically selected target groups.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in sports and entertainment sponsorship marketing or leveraging partnerships to create value for brands.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Working knowledge of negotiating with sponsorship partners to optimize offerings and pricing curated to specific corporate priorities.

Expertise and Competencies Needed

General understanding of negotiating for exclusive VIP-level packages for business development.

Sense of urgency.

Resourcefulness, creative thinking, and a bias toward action.

Agreement to take accountability for zero wasted tickets.
