About the Role:
Join TGA & Soccer Stars of Conejo Valley as a Youth Sports Coach and inspire the next generation of athletes! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sports and dedicated to fostering a positive and fun learning environment for children in Thousand Oaks, CA. We are looking for coaches with experience in any of the following: Cheerleading, Flag Football, Golf, Lacrosse, Pickleball, Soccer, Tennis or Volleyball, and have a passion for working with kids.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging sports coaching sessions for youth athletes.
  • Develop age-appropriate training programs that enhance skills and teamwork.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help players improve their performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
  • Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes during activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance coaching skills.
  • Promote sportsmanship and a love for the game among players.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in coaching youth sports or related activities.
  • Strong knowledge of any of the sports listed above is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire children of various skill levels.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
  • Background check clearance is required for all candidates.
  • Passion for sports and youth development is essential.
