With a strong foundation in sportsmanship and teamwork, Matt Paul Basketball strives to empower individuals through personalized coaching and structured programs.


Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in the Philadelphia region. The Basketball Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting basketball training sessions, developing strategies to enhance player performance, and fostering a supportive and motivating environment. The role involves teaching technical skills, ensuring player safety during practice and games, and guiding athletes to achieve their best both physically and mentally. The Basketball Coach will also communicate regularly with players, parents, and other staff to ensure alignment with team objectives and overall development goals.


Qualifications
