We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sport Management Intern to join our team for the Fall Semester. As the Sport Management Intern, you will work directly with our talented and knowledgeable team, assisting with day-to-day league operations, including customer service, equipment tracking, and on-field logistics and operations.
This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to learn the intricacies of social sports management, with comprehensive training that includes an overview of administrative, operations, and finance functions. Upon completion of the internship, our goal is that the knowledge and skills gained will provide significant value and expertise for your future career endeavors in the sports industry, potentially leading to full-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day league operations, ensuring the smooth execution of games and events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to players, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support equipment tracking and management, including inventory, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Help with on-field logistics, such as field setup, breakdown, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks related to league scheduling, registration, and communication.
  • Learn and apply operational best practices within a fast-paced sports environment.
