**Base Salary: $85K -95k - Salary DOE**

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Account Manager to help grow and serve a portfolio of contractors and commercial clients. This role is a mix of account development, relationship building, and solution-based selling across multiple verticals including:
• Commercial landscaping
• High-end residential
• Agriculture
• Sports turf & facilities
• Parks & municipalities
You'll act as the trusted advisor for your accounts while working closely with our local branches to deliver best-in-class service and products.
Summary: The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a dedicated book of business in the outdoor and landscape supply industry. This role involves finding new customers and building relationships with existing customers, providing them with the best solutions for their landscape supply needs. The Account Manager will act as a key point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring the best product selection, pricing, and service delivery. In addition to sales activities, the Account Manager will also provide product education to customers, support them with project needs, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This position will report to the Divisional Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or account management in the landscape or outdoor supply industry

What You'll Bring
• 3+ years in B2B sales (landscape supply, irrigation, ag supply, or construction preferred)
• Proven ability to build and grow accounts over time
• Comfortable navigating both new business and legacy customer needs
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
• Willingness to travel
• A strong sense of accountability, follow-through, and territory ownership
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and customer service
Additional Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
