SPM Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC 3 days/week onsite

12+ Months

Job Description:

  • Implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB, SPM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
  • Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices (e.g., scripting, automation, APIs)
  • Build integrations with external systems (e.g., Ariba, cloud services, messaging platforms)
  • Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization, reconciliation, and data certification
  • Map and enforce CSDM standards across all modules and business services
  • Support the creation and execution of test cases for UAT, SIT, and production validation
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and client SMEs to capture requirements and propose solutions
  • Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards
  • Participate in deployment planning, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization
