This role blends pastoral presence with entrepreneurial action to reach both spiritually curious individuals and neighboring communities facing real needs. With a creative and adaptive spirit, this leader casts vision and shepherds growth as the campus steps into what's next.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead vibrant Sunday gatherings and cast vision for community engagement
  • Cultivate a welcoming, multi-generational community rooted in belonging and discipleship
  • Identify and develop lay leaders across ministries-hospitality, formation, outreach
  • Initiate a strategic outreach plan connecting with both affluent and underserved communities
  • Oversee partnership activation with groups like MAM and Social Motion
  • Engage in cross-campus collaboration on shared campaigns, teaching, and outreach
