Position Title: BCBA Clinical Supervisor
About the Role
A large nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor. This role provides clinical supervision and direction to staff while delivering evidence-based behavioral treatment for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
The Clinical Supervisor oversees Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, ensuring high-quality services and adherence to best-practice clinical guidelines while collaborating with families, therapists, and community providers.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and supervise behavior programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Conduct behavior assessments and serve as an assessor when required
Provide parent education and behavioral intervention planning
Coordinate with families, therapists, healthcare providers, and community agencies
Conduct evaluations, case management reviews, and quality assurance audits
Lead and participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Develop and deliver staff development and clinical training programs
Supervise program staff and monitor performance and productivity
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Stay current with research and trends in autism, ABA, and special education
Travel locally as required for program support and coordination
Education & Certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Current CPR certification
Experience
2-3 years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of behavior analytic methodologies and evidence-based ABA interventions
Experience with intervention models such as Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Behavior Skills Training (BST), and Functional Analysis techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and strong decision-making skills
Additional Requirements
Ability to complete required background checks, health screenings, and vaccination requirements
Ability to travel locally and maintain appropriate driver's license and vehicle insurance
Ability to work in environments that may include occasional exposure to challenging or clinical conditions
