Build Strategic Industry Relationships

  • Develop strong partnerships with architects, designers, specification writers, engineers, and architectural firms
  • Engage key decision-makers including Directors of Construction, Architectural Managers, Design Leaders, and Specification Consultants

Drive Specifications and Project Opportunities

  • Identify and secure ARDEX specifications on commercial construction projects
  • Influence product selection and specification decisions through presentations, educational meetings, and project consultation
  • Develop opportunities with key market segments including: Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Retail, Commercial Construction, Prefabrication and Modular Construction
  • Track project opportunities from specification through construction

Deliver Technical Expertise and Business Results

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in architectural sales, specification sales, construction materials, building products, or a related commercial construction role
  • Four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory up to 30%, including occasional overnight travel
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel by automobile and air as required
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds
