QA Coordinator
Lincoln Manufacturing | Magnolia, TX
Department: Quality
Employment: Full-Time
Reports to: Director of Quality

Objective

The QA Coordinator supports the overall maintenance and monitoring of LM's Quality Management System, helping ensure tasks are completed accurately, on schedule, and in conformance with API Q1, ISO 9001, customer, and licensor requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures proper completion of daily, weekly, and monthly QA departmental reports
  • Performs data collection and analysis on supplier performance, internal NCRs/part rejects, FRNCRs, and licensor-required reporting
  • Updates, releases, and maintains internal quality forms, procedures, and manuals, including master lists and document distribution
  • Updates and maintains external quality procedures and manuals; assists in reviewing document changes for conformance to industry, customer, and licensor requirements
  • Generates dimensional inspection reports/bubble drawings for work orders, reviewing customer drawings and API requirements
  • Coordinates customer gage requests and oversees licensor gage rental management
  • Generates training tests for new or revised procedures and specifications; coordinates with LMTrainers
  • Assists in internal and supplier quality audits
  • Maintains the Approved Vendors List
  • Reviews Material Test Reports (MTRs) for conformance to material, dimensional, and mechanical/chemical requirements
  • Maintains licensor royalty declarations and ensures timely, accurate submission
  • Completes and submits job declarations in licensor portals for licensed connections
  • Creates Certificates of Conformance (COCs) for work orders/shipments
  • Creates Quality Control Plans (QCPs) in accordance with API Q1 and customer/licensor requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma plus 3–5 years of similar experience required; college degree with 2+ years of similar experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Knowledge of QA/QC concepts and methodologies; manufacturing environment experience preferred; auditing experience desired
  • Familiarity with API Q1, ISO 9001, and related industry specifications
