We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee multiple commercial accounts, lead employees, and deliver exceptional customer service.

About COMMAND

COMMAND provides commercial janitorial, day porter, healthcare environmental services, floor care and restoration, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, specialty cleaning, and facility support services throughout Colorado.

Position Summary

As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee multiple commercial accounts throughout the Denver Metro Area while serving as the primary contact for clients. You'll lead supervisors and frontline employees to ensure exceptional service, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations for multiple commercial facilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees
  • Lead supervisors and janitorial staff
  • Conduct quality inspections and resolve customer concerns
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, labor hours, payroll, and account budgets
  • Coordinate specialty cleaning services
  • Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
  • Conduct employee training and safety meetings
  • Manage equipment, inventory, and supplies
  • Support new account transitions
  • Utilize company software to manage inspections and work orders
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
