Job description

Job Title: Business Operations Manager Department: Health System Shared Services | Healthy Community Center

The Business Operations Manager at the Healthy Community Center (HCC) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and supporting our mission to improve health for all in Central Columbus. This position serves as a strategic operational leader, managing comprehensive financial operations, day-to-day facility operations, overseeing administrative and financial processes, and supporting HCC community programming.

Function: Business Planning and Operations Sub-Function: Business Operations Career Band: Individual Contributor S2

Minimum required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Additional Information: Location: Healthy Community Center (1039) Position Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 40 Shift: Varying Shifts
