DIRTT Installer – Direct Hire | Full-Time | No Weekends

Unlike traditional construction projects, DIRTT (Doing It Right This Time) is an innovative prefabricated interior construction system used to create modern office spaces, healthcare environments, educational facilities, and commercial interiors. As a DIRTT Installer, you'll work with precision-manufactured wall systems, doors, glass fronts, millwork, and integrated architectural components that are assembled on-site with accuracy and craftsmanship. DIRTT systems are designed for faster installation, greater flexibility, and reduced construction waste.

What You'll Do

Essential Job Functions Include (but are not limited to):

  • Read blueprints, installation drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine installation requirements and sequencing.
  • Install DIRTT modular wall systems, glass walls, doors, frames, casework, and related architectural components.
  • Measure, align, level, and secure materials according to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, laser levels, and specialty installation equipment safely and effectively.
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and fellow installers to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Load, unload, stage, and organize materials at job sites.
  • Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining workmanship standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Complete projects efficiently while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to local and regional job sites as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in construction, carpentry, commercial interiors, furniture installation, millwork installation, framing, or a related trade preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and installation documents.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work professionally in occupied commercial environments.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
