We work with contractors, property managers, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and commercial clients to deliver high-quality installations that meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Specialty Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of specialty commercial products including but not limited to toilet partitions, lockers, visual display boards, fire extinguisher cabinets, shelving, toilet room accessories, and other architectural specialties. This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Install commercial specialty products according to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans.
  • Measure, layout, and prepare installation areas accurately.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
  • Communicate professionally with project managers, general contractors, and customers.
  • Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites.
  • Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial construction, carpentry, millwork, specialty installation, or related trades preferred but not required
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with common hand and power tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work at various job sites and occasional overtime as needed.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude is a must.
